About Roy Purtill

As Vice President of Cloud Computing for Cisco Canada, Roy Purtill is responsible for accelerating the adoption of cloud services across the country. Previously at Cisco, Purtill served as the vice president and principal client director for Bell Canada. In this role, he oversaw the Bell Canada relationship with Cisco worldwide, including responsibility for sales and support services and management of business development teams. He joined Cisco in 1999 and served as a strategic account manager and client director for Virgin Media as well as senior global account manager for Reuters in the U.K. before joining Cisco Canada. En tant que vice-président, marché de l'infonuagique, M. Purtill est responsable de l'accélération de l'adoption des services infonuagiques d'un océan à l'autre. Auparavant, il occupait le poste de vice-président et de directeur général pour notre client principal Bell Canada. À ce titre, il a supervisé la relation entre Cisco et Bell à l'échelle internationale, y compris les services des ventes et de soutien et les équipes de gestion de l'expansion commerciale. Il est entré au service de Cisco en 1999 et a occupé les postes de directeur de comptes stratégiques et directeur client pour le compte Virgin Media. Avant de grossir les rangs de Cisco Canada, il a joué le rôle de gestionnaire de compte international principal pour Reuters au Royaume-Uni.
